What fees are charged for shipping products?
The fees charged are:
Florida state residents are subject to state tax + transportation price.
For residents of other states, the fees charged are only transportation price.
We use UPS and USPS companies and the amounts charged can be consulted directly after choosing the product, in the checkout area.
Can I pick up my product at Acquafy?
No, our orders are delivered via post office, so our customers are unable to pick up at our head office.
What is the delivery time of the products?
The delivery time for products is given at checkout. Processing time usually takes 1-3 days.
How do I install the products?

What is the life of the internal filter?
The life of the internal filter varies according to each product and according to the water in your region. In the description of your product of interest you will find this information.
Do you offer warranty for the products?
Yes. For bench filters we offer a two-year warranty, for other products, one year warranty. The warranty is void if:
1 - Accidental damage occurs during transportation (please confer with insurance agency or transportation company on the compensation).
2 - Damage or malfunction caused by misuse according to warnings in the instruction manual.
3 - Damage to the surface caused by human factors such as burns, scratches, destruction by force, etc.
4 - If the product is repaired by any company or person other than Acquafy or authorized company by Acquafy.
5 - If it’s an accident caused by a power cord that is not the one that accompanies the product.
6 - Malfunction or damage caused by natural calamities such as earthquakes, hurricanes, lightning strike, etc.
